Over the course of my career I have defined, strengthened and revitalised governance frameworks, helping organisations establish clear authority, accountability
and decision-making structures.
Good governance enables ethical practice, financial sustainability and organisational trust.
Understanding these dynamics led me to begin articulating and developing what is now known as behavioural governance.

Today my work focuses on helping leaders strengthen the behavioural dynamics that shape governance outcomes.
This includes advisory work, leadership training, thought leadership and the development of practical governance frameworks.
For more than two decades I have worked in corporate governance across both the private and public sectors.
My work has supported large corporations, family-run businesses, not-for-profits and associations navigating governance challenges at different stages of organisational growth.
Yet even the strongest governance frameworks depend on how people behave within them. Authority can be unclear.
Challenge can be avoided.
Accountability can shift under pressure.
Many governance challenges are not structural.
They are behavioural.
